FAI AL NOSTRO CASO SE
- Hai una laurea o ti stai laureando in scienze umanistiche e/o scientifiche, data science, economia, giurisprudenza, ingegneria, informatica, fisica, matematica, biotecnologie, scienze biologiche, sviluppo sostenibile e cambiamenti climatici, scienze ambientali, oceanografia, scienze dell’atmosfera e del clima, scienze politiche, relazioni internazionali, o simili;
- Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Hai una buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici del pacchetto MS Office ed eventuali linguaggi di programmazione (Python, Java);
- Possiedi buone doti comunicative e relazionali;
- Hai una naturale predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
- Hai voglia di metterti in gioco, competenze da offrire e voglia di svilupparne di nuove;
- Hai un progetto di ricerca da sviluppare.
TIPO DI RAPPORTO
- Stage di 6 mesi (3+3) per i candidati laureati e per gli studenti che richiederanno uno stage curriculare la durata sarà prevista dal relativo piano di studi;
- L’eventuale rimborso spese sarà valutato in base alla tipologia di stage richiesto dal candidato.

THE CMCC Foundation is a scientific research center focused on climate change and its interactions with the environment, society, the business world, and policymakers.
Our work aims to foster sustainable growth, protect the environment, and develop strategies for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
The Foundation has launched a “CMCC Internship Program” to support the growth of young talents within our organization.
The ultimate goal is to enable participants to develop cross-cutting and multidisciplinary skills, offering young graduates and graduating students the opportunity to join a non-profit organization through a broad and high-quality training experience that helps them fully develop their potential, including through involvement in specific research projects.
The CMCC Internship Program can take place at our offices in:
- Lecce (Administrative Office – Advanced Scientific Computing Division – Communication Office – Ocean Predictions and Applications Division)
- Bologna (Climate Simulation and Prediction – Ocean Predictions and Applications)
- Caserta (Regional Models and Geo-Hydrological Impacts)
- Milan (Fundraising Office – Economic Analysis of Climate Impacts and Policy Information Systems for Climate Science and Decision-Making)
- Sassari (Impacts on Agriculture, Forests, and Ecosystem Services at the Department of Agricultural and Forestry Systems Economics (DESA) – Tree-Based Agroecosystems Section)
- Venice (Economic Analysis of Climate Impacts and Risk Assessment Policies, Adaptation Strategies)
- Viterbo (Impacts on Agriculture, Forests, and Ecosystem Services)
- You have a degree or are completing a degree in the humanities and/or sciences, data science, economics, law, engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, biotechnology, biological sciences, sustainable development and climate change, environmental sciences, oceanography, atmospheric and climate sciences, political science, international relations, or similar fields.
- You have a good command of the English language.
- You have good knowledge of IT tools, including the MS Office suite and possibly programming languages (Python, Java).
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a natural inclination for teamwork.
- You’re eager to take on new challenges, have skills to offer, and are motivated to develop new ones.
- You have a research project to develop.
TYPE OF POSITION
- 6-month internship (3+3) for graduate candidates. For students applying for a curricular internship, the duration will be defined according to their study plan;
- Any expense reimbursement will be assessed based on the type of internship requested by the candidate.
- Get in touch with a non-profit organization and a motivated team, always open to dialogue and collaboration;
- Develop a growth path based on technical skills and personal aptitudes;
- Have a dedicated tutor you can rely on to guide and monitor your training journey;
- Be part of a structured and consistent feedback process.
PROTECTED CATEGORY
Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
Some fiscal benefits could be applied for repatriated workers or foreign researchers/professors, having the requirements defined by Dlgs 147/2015 (for repatriates) or Dl 78/2010 (for foreigners).
