We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition & Development Support to join our Talent Management team within the People & Culture department. This role is ideal for an individual with previous HR administrative experience, particularly in training or research environments. A successful candidate will seamlessly manage the employee lifecycle from acquisition, onboarding to development. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience.

ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition & Development Support, you'll be crucial in supporting our Talent Management team within the People & Culture department, reporting directly to the Talent Manager. Your main goal will be to actively support talent acquisition and development efforts. This includes closely monitoring all onboarding and cross-boarding processes. You'll also be responsible for the administrative and logistical coordination of various training programs, including those financed by inter-professional funds. This work is essential to ensure new talent integrates effectively and our team continuously grows their skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

The Talent Acquisition & Development Support will support the talent team, with:
 

  1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Monitor, update and archive onboarding and cross-boarding processes.
  • Monitor new employee feedback, flagging any concerns, and scheduling follow-up meetings as needed.
  • Support organization of welcome days, induction training, and other engagement initiatives.
 
  1.   Training & Development Support:
  • Manage administrative aspects of funded training programs (e.g., Inter-professional Funds), which includes preparing and submitting documentation, registering participants, managing deadlines, and handling reporting.
  • Support the organization of training courses, such as processing expense requests, booking rooms and equipment, inviting participants, and collecting and archiving attendance records.
  • Maintain an updated development plan and internal tracking systems.
  • Collect and analyze post-training feedback to monitor the quality of development programs




REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in economics, humanities, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience, preferably in funded training or research organizations.
  • Technical Skills: familiarity with HR administrative procedures and confident in English communication
  • Soft Skills: highly organized and detail oriented; Flexible and proactive; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
 
  • Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally.
  • The Managers will be based in Lecce CMCC office.
  • The appointment period will be of 12 months starting from the 15th of September. Type of contract and salary will be based on experience and seniority in the role.
  • Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract
  • Flexible working time as per internal policies.
  • Support during the immigration process, if needed.
