The Executive Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Staff and the Executive Leadership by managing and coordinating high-level administrative and executive functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Executive Coordinator will support the Chief of Staff, with:

Program Coordination:
  • Assist in developing, monitoring, and executing key projects and programs.
  • Track program/project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Chief of Staff and senior executives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as a liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in meetings and events as needed.
  • Draft, review, and distribute executive communications and correspondence.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff and the Executive Office.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Organize and maintain executive documentation and records.
Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
  • Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Master’s degree in government/international Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support functions, program coordination, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in an international /multicultural environment (either in the private or public sector).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with executive-level communication and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.

  • Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally.
  • The Coordinator will be based in Lecce-based CMCC office.
  • Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience.
  • Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract.
  • Flexible working time as per internal policies.
  • Support during the immigration process, if needed.

Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
