We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Scouting & Development Specialist to join our Talent Management team within the People & Culture department. This role is ideal for an individual with previous Talent Scouting, that collaborates with the lead talent scout and key figures in our organization to help map out strategic profiles and skills for future talent acquisition.
They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience.

ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Scouting & Development Specialist to support our strategic talent scounting initiatives. This role bridges research, relationship-building, and operational support, playing a key part in identifying and nurturing future talent for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Scouting & Development Specialist will support the talent team, with:
- Strategic & Research Support: Collaborate with the lead talent scout and key figures in our organization to help map out strategic profiles and skills we should be focusing on for future talent acquisition efforts.
- Database Management & Sourcing: Actively maintain and help grow our prospective talent database. This involves conducting proactive research to find and add new profiles, as well as engaging with our existing network to nurture relationships for future opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate a smooth connection between our talent scouting efforts and the recruitment team, helping to ensure a seamless process for candidates.
- Event & Career Day Support: Collaborate on the planning and execution of our presence at international conferences, industry events, and career days. You'll handle logistical details, help with booth setup, and manage event communication.
- Presentations & Public Speaking: Help prepare and deliver engaging presentations at university events and career days. You will be a co-presenter, helping to represent our organization and its professional opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Help track and compile key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our scouting activities.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Monitor and oversee automated onboarding workflows to ensure a smooth, timely start for new hires. Monitor feedback, flagging issues for follow-up, and facilitating check-in meetings between new team members and their supervisors. For offboarding, schedule and conduct confidential exit interviews to gather critical feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, humanities, psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Italian (verbal and written).
- A naturally personable and proactive demeanor with strong networking and communication abilities, capable of building and nurturing relationships. A strong capacity for active listening. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and to mediate/facilitate professional follow-up conversations.
- Strong proficiency in using tools for presentations and videos. High proficiency in database management and maintenance. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an ability to follow processes.
- Proven ability in a role that requires strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable comfort or experience in public speaking/presenting to groups.
DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally.
- The Managers will be based in Lecce CMCC office.
- Type of contract and salary will be based on experience and seniority in the role.
- Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract.
- Flexible working time as per internal policies.
- Support during the immigration process, if needed.
